Sales Terms

Orders for goods shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence of the buyer’s acceptance of these conditions.

The seller may only change these conditions at any time.

The conditions represent the whole of the agreement between seller, buyer and supersede.

Orders are only booked when 60% of order amount is paid.

The order will become full priority of the buyer only once the reminder of order is paid.

Once order is booked and 60% taken the buyer is liable for the reminder even if they decide not to proceed with order or cancel. No return or exchange will be made.

Once order has been placed and signed no amendments will be permitted

The seller takes no responsibility for orders held or delayed as result of custom procedures.

Orders may become damaged in transit or upon customs inspection in such the client has allow Mia and Co time to resolve the matter.

Bespoke orders take between 4-8 weeks orders placed within a shorter time frame are done so at customers own risk.

Any items ordered on special order or custom made cannot be returned or exchanged without exception.

Earrings & Sets cannot be returned or exchanged without exception due to hygiene purposes.

For any damaged goods, a like for like will be honoured.

All goods are handmade, hence utmost care must be taken and you should ensure they are kept away from perfumes or chemicals to avoid tarnishing.

Where applicable customers should collect orders within 7 days once notified of arrival. orders not collected or left will become property of Mia and Co.

Due to fragility of handcraft work Mia and Co will not take any responsibility for breakage or damage once the goods have been inspected and delivered or collected. Any repairs will be provided within a timely manner.

All Mia and Co products are handmade by skilled artisans. This may result in short variations in colour of gemstone, settings from those chosen by clients.

We offer a credit note or exchange for all unwanted goods and should be made within 1 working day.

Any items bought in sale or discounted are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Mia and Co warranty does not extend to sale or discontinued items.

Mia and Co will not take any claims in case of any accident (theft).
