Returns Policy

Mia and Co top priority is to satisfy all its customers. You may return ordered items and thereby withdraw from the sales contract up to 7 days after their receipt. If the goods are damaged in transit are eligible for exchange, credit note or we may issue a refund.

Any unwanted goods must be returned in the original packaging unworn and un-tampered with. Any items which are customised or made-to-order are exempt from the return policy. Earrings and head accessories/sets including earrings are also excluded in line with the health and safety regulations for hygiene reasons.

Returned goods will be sent back to us at customers own cost. It is advisable a proof of return postage is kept by the customer.

Returns are only valid once contact is made within 24h ours of the delivery receipt with our customer services department on the following email customerservice@miaco.co.uk.

Please ensure when returning item/s it is accompanied with a valid returns form.

Returns must be made within 7 days.

Returns must be in condition sent with packaging & label in-tact.

If accepted return will take 21 days to process.

A 15% restocking charge will be deducted on all returned goods.
